New Read: Selling on Etsy

by

There’s a new book on the market for all new and struggling Etsy sellers. Jennifer Maloney has just put out a book called Selling on Etsy: Tips and Tricks for the New-ish Etsy Seller. The book acts like a guide, covering the topics you need to know, like what to title your items, how to price your items, and how to prepare for the Christmas season. Plus, it offers 5 case studies from actual Etsy shops to show you how these principles work in practice. The book is available right now for only $4.99 on Amazon, not a bad price for this kind of information. (Most guides you’ll find run $15 and up!) Check it out here.

(Disclaimer: I haven’t read it yet, but I plan to!)

One thing I have learned is the need for immediate gratification when making purchases, Links to our E-books and E-patterns are for more profitable than paper book books. Being able to get your pattern instantly is crucal to crafters. So if you are selling patterns then that is something to take into consideration. Etsy is a great way to see patterns, people are confident with its services and feel that their transactions are safe.
